Welcome to England Netball's Disciplinary Regulations Training System.
Welcome to our Disciplinary Regulations training module. This is the introduction to our Disciplinary Regulations and must be completed by all people prior to inclusion on the England Netball Disciplinary & Appeals Panel Register.
This is a two stage module, consisting of a guide through the principles of good decision making and the Regulations, supported by a slide show. Once this has been completed you will be asked to notify Compliance and Inclusion at England Netball, in order to start the second stage of your training. Your contact details will be provided to a learning mentor who will contact you to arrange a phone call/skype. The mentor will test your knowledge and understanding of the principles by discussing your approach to a case study. You can raise any queries you have from the training with your mentor. The case study will be sent to you when you have completed the first stage.
If the mentor is satisfied that you have understood and can apply the learning from this module, they will notify Compliance and Inclusion and your name will be added to the Disciplinary & Appeals Panel Register. All those included on this Register may be called upon to assist with a Disciplinary Case in any County or Region or for England Netball.
You can find the Codes of Conduct and Disciplinary Regulations here. Read through these and use them to follow the online training.
Thank you for volunteering and helping to uphold the high standards of conduct which we expect of our members.
